"Nourish your body. Move with purpose. Live with intention."
A Return Inward
At Terra Sana, my work is to guide you back to yourself.
Through journaling, meditation, and quiet reflection, I create space for you to slow down, to process, to listen, and to reconnect with what feels true.
Not through pressure or performance,
but through presence.
Because often, what we are searching for is not more information, but the space to finally hear ourselves.

Where My Story Begins
I was born and raised in Africa, where life, and food moved with a different rhythm.
Meals were simple, seasonal, and deeply connected to the environment.
There was an ease to nourishment. A sense of trust.
I didn’t recognize it then, but that foundation shaped everything.
It taught me that well-being doesn’t need to be complicated.
It can be intuitive. Grounded. Whole.
The Path I Chose
My curiosity led me to study Biochemical Engineering at University College London, followed by a career in Consumer Goods Consulting, where I worked within the global food system.
I spent years understanding how food is produced, distributed, and positioned in our lives.
And over time, I began to notice something:
Even as access to information increased,
our connection to ourselves was quietly diminishing.
When Life Asked Me to Pause
Health became deeply personal after a severe allergic reaction led to hospitalization and the onset of Mucha-Habermann disease.
I was placed on high-dose steroids and asked to step away from everything I knew.
For someone used to moving, doing, and building,
this stillness was unfamiliar.
And yet, it became the most important chapter of my life.
Because it revealed something I had never fully understood before:
Knowing what to do is not the same as being able to live it.
What Found Me in That Stillness
I began with one minute of meditation.
Then a few lines of journaling.
That became my anchor.
Not as a solution, but as a way to gently meet myself where I was,
without expectation, without judgment.
Over time, these practices deepened.
They became a way to:
-
process what I was feeling
-
understand what I needed
-
and slowly rebuild a sense of steadiness
What began as healing… became a way of living.
What I Bring Into This Space
Why This Work Matters
Today, I am a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), with certifications in:
Menopause Health
Harvard Nutrition
Clarity Catalyst
But beyond credentials, what I bring is presence.
Within Terra Sana, my role is to hold space in a way that feels:
Calm
Supportive
and Deeply human
My sessions are not about doing more.
They are about helping you:
Slow down your internal pace
Reflect with honesty
Notice patterns in your thoughts and emotions
and reconnect with your own inner clarity
There is no perfect way to journal.
No right way to meditate.
Only an invitation to be real—with yourself.
Through my work, I’ve come to see that the need for this kind of space begins early.
We are living in a world where:
Adults feel stretched and disconnected
Parents are searching for tools—not just for themselves, but for their families
Younger generations are growing up without the space to pause, process, and regulate
Which is why this work extends beyond the individual.
It supports:
Adults navigating change
Parents seeking deeper connection
and young individuals learning how to relate to themselves with awareness
Because these are not just wellness practices.
They are life skills.
My Philosophy
I believe that, Wellness is not something you achieve.
It is something you return to.
Not through extremes. Not through perfection.
But through:
Simplicity over complexity
Consistency over intensity
Alignment over restriction
A rhythm that feels sustainable. A way of living that feels like your own.
Within the Retreat Experience
Journaling and meditation are not separate from the experience.
They are woven into it.
They allow you to:
Process what you’re moving through
Integrate what you’re discovering
and carry it with you beyond your time here
Because the true value of this work is not what happens during the retreat.
It’s what stays with you after.
A Personal Note
This work is deeply personal to me.
Not because I have mastered it, but because I continue to return to it.
Again and again.
It has brought me back to myself in moments of uncertainty,
and it continues to guide how I move through life today.
And that is what I hope to offer you.
A way to feel more steady.
More clear.
More connected.
