About the Retreat
No specific fitness level is required. Sessions are designed to meet you where you are, with modifications available for all practices.
At Terra Sana, all meals are recommended to be plant-forward. However, lean animal protein options will be available upon request. Please let us know about any allergies or specific dietary needs at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Each guest will receive a 1:1 health coaching session with Disha, a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). The session will be an opportunity to explore your current health, lifestyle, and overall well-being in a thoughtful and supportive space.
Rather than a prescriptive approach, the focus is on helping you gain clarity around your goals, better understand what may be holding you back, and begin to identify priorities that feel aligned and sustainable for you.
It’s a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with guidance that you can carry forward beyond the retreat.
